These terms apply to all services provided by Woolpack Technology Solutions.

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
 

Quotes and Approval

  • All work is quoted or scoped before commencement

  • No additional work is undertaken without approval

  • Prices are provided in NZD

  • GST applies where applicable


Consultancy Services

Consultancy services are provided based on the information available at the time.

While we aim to provide accurate and practical advice:

  • Outcomes may depend on external factors

  • We do not guarantee specific business or financial results


Computer Repairs & Device Handling

When devices are provided for repair or support:

  • Reasonable care is taken at all times

  • Data should be backed up by the client where possible

  • We are not responsible for pre‑existing faults or data loss caused by underlying hardware failure

We recommend maintaining regular backups.


Custom Builds

Custom systems are assembled and tested prior to delivery.

Hardware warranties are provided by component manufacturers.
Workmanship issues should be reported promptly so they can be addressed.


Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).

Where services are provided to businesses for commercial purposes, the Act may not apply.


Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss


Changes to These Terms

We may update this Terms page from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
